Figure That Discipleship Out

A 9-Week Group Experience

You've read the books. Led the groups. Shown up on Sundays. And still, something feels off.

Not broken. Stuck. Like there's a gap between what you know and how you're actually living. You can feel it in the quiet moments when the distractions stop.

"I know the right answers. I just don't feel like I'm living them."

You're not doing it wrong. You might just be ready for what's next.

"I know the right answers. I just don't feel like I'm living them."

You're not doing it wrong. You might just be ready for what's next.

What if it's not a knowledge problem?

Most of us were taught that discipleship means learning more. More Bible. More theology. More correct beliefs.

But Jesus didn't call His disciples to just believe something. He called them to become someone.

That's the shift. From knowing to becoming. From striving to cooperating with what God is already doing in you.

Figure That Discipleship Out, by Mark Stanifer and Dr. Chris McAlister, is built around that shift. Not theory. Not another checklist. A process for transformation that reshapes how you think, respond, and lead from the inside out.

What this group is

A 9-week small group for anyone who senses the gap and is ready to close it. Each week you'll watch a short video teaching from Dr. Chris McAlister, then gather in person with a small cohort for honest conversation, practical application, and guided reflection led by Mark Stanifer.

Not a lecture series. Not a Bible study with pre-loaded answers. A space to slow down, pay attention, and practice becoming.

What you'll explore

Receiving your identity instead of performing for it

Recognizing the institutions that shaped you and growing beyond them

Knowing God experientially, not just informationally

Leading for impact instead of validation

Staying whole when the testing comes

Cooperating with the rhythms God uses to shape you
